Sometimes reality stars are so terrible in real life that even the TV show that is displaying their awfulness can't handle them. That happened on a recent episode of Kitchen Nightmares, when Samy and Amy Bouzaglo were so absolutely horrible that Chef Gordon Ramsay quit helping them -- the first time in the history of the series that he walked away from the restauranteurs he was trying to help.
