Okay, so the rules are as follows:

1) If you are engaged with another player controlled character, you are not allowed to write for that character without the owner's permission. If there is going to be a long and extended battle, the choreography is to be worked out between the two of you in between each of your posts. There will not be any single action posts or one line posts in this RP, so you will have to choreograph and design your posts in such a way that you are both happy with the content, and trading blows evenly and will end it in a way in which both players agree makes sense and is acceptable to both the winner and the loser. There will be very few to no ties in this RP, so again, if you can't handle losing, then this RP isn't for you.

2) If your character engages with a named enemy in this RP, the battle will be discussed with me as to the path it will take over the course of your posting, but I will still ultimately leave all the creativity to you as you design the fight around my specifications. You are free to create as much tension and deadlock as you want to draw it out and make it interesting, but otherwise you must still okay it with me as to whether you will win or lose. I may decide for story purposes that your character will lose a fight every so often, and when I do, you'll have to live with it.

3) When it comes to the force of your energy attacks, you will have to abide by a special rule which I will now describe. It's called the "Equal Power Principle", and it basically means that if your power level does not exceed that of your opponent by more than 10%, you will not be able to use any lethal force in your energy attacks. This means that an energy attack by a character with a power level of 400 will not do lethal damage to one with 440 or higher. If it's 10% lower than you, then it will do lethal damage if the enemy doesn't dodge. So one with a power of 440 vs. 400, 440 can do lethal damage if you don't avoid it.
